Connected Workbook
The Buyer’s Toolkit
All four individual tools in one connected workbook. Your sales plan feeds your open-to-buy. Your OTB drives your assortment architecture. The tools talk to each other. What’s not here: the full season management layer. No dashboard, no sell-through tracker, no markdown planner, no end-of-season bridge. That’s the Binder.

Questions
Does this work in Excel and Google Sheets?
Both. Every file is built for Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (Office 365, Excel 2016 or later). Formulas and formatting translate cleanly between both.
Do I need to know spreadsheets?
No. Every formula is already built. You enter your numbers: the tool does the math. If you can type in a cell, you can use these.
I run one store. Is this for me?
Yes. These tools scale to one door as easily as ten. The structure is the same regardless of volume. The numbers you enter are yours.
What’s the difference between the Toolkit and the Binder?
The Toolkit ($99) is four connected pre-season planning tools: sales plan, OTB, assortment architecture, SKU rationalization. The Binder ($199) is the full season system: everything in the Toolkit plus sell-through tracking, markdown planning, door distribution, end-of-season analysis, and a live dashboard. The Toolkit plans the buy. The Binder runs the season.
Is this a subscription?
No. One payment, yours to keep. No recurring fees, no access expiry. If the file is ever updated, you get the new version.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
If the file doesn’t open correctly in your version of Sheets or Excel, email me and I’ll sort it. These tools were built to actually work. That’s the whole point.
Not a template. A methodology.
Every formula, every structure, every decision came from a real buying office: 15+ years of retail buying practice, built in.
The thinking behind the tool is the product. If it doesn’t deliver, email me.
